Craig Woodworth Joins A&I as Claims Manager
Craig Woodworth has joined A&I Benefit Plan Administrators, Inc., as claims manager for the company, which provides employee benefit administration services for single employers and Taft-Hartley Trusts throughout the Western United States.
“We are happy to have Craig join our management team, so we can leverage his many years of insurance industry expertise,” said Jennifer Schmidt, A&I’s chief executive officer.
Craig is responsible for overseeing A&I’s claims operations. Prior to A&I, he spent 13 years working for Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he most recently served as the manager of a claims quality assurance team.
Craig has a bachelor of arts in management and a master of business administration degree from George Fox University.

Susan Gentry Joins A&I as Financial Services Manager
Susan Gentry has joined A&I as financial services manager for the company. She is responsible for the day-to-day operation of A&I’s financial services department. Prior to A&I, Susan spent nine years as a senior consulting manager at Business Objects, Inc.
Susan earned a bachelor of science at The Ohio State University and a second bachelor of science, summa cum laude, in accounting at Franklin University in 1993. She obtained her CPA license in 1994 and earned a certification in management accounting (CMA) in 1996. She is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
