We provide personal, responsive, quality
benefit administration services at a competitive price.
That sounds good, but what does it mean?
Personal Service means
the client has access to all levels of staff and management.
We know our clients' names and they
know ours. A&I employees are accountable for the service
provided and are willing to take personal responsibility to
see a job done.
Responsive Service means we let the customer know what they
may expect and follow through 100% of the time. We respond
in a timely manner to requests and inquiries. We work with
a sense of urgency, realizing every request is important.
Quality Service means we pay attention to the detail, taking
ownership and pride in a job well done.
Competitive Price means we continually strive to improve our
services and provide cost effective solutions. We are likely not
the lowest cost provider, but we provide the best value.
When you work with A&I you will find that we live our
mission statement in everything that we do. It's not just a
statement
- it's our way of doing business.
A&I takes a "boutique" approach and is structured to provide close and personal service.
In fact our senior management team, as well as the owners of
the company, are involved in day-to-day operations and are available
to the client when needed. Our size allows us to have regular
contact with our clients and address questions and concerns
as they arise. This level of personal service and access
to the decision makers within the company is one of the many
things
that sets A&I apart from other TPAs.
We are the perfect fit for clients who desire personalized,
professional, quality service and who value the partnership
of their service providers in coordinating and delivering
cost effective benefit programs to their employees. |

A&I is pleased to support our community through a commitment to charitable giving and volunteerism. Every few months, we will feature one of the many nonprofit organizations we have had the pleasure to work with and support.
