A&I has an on-site compliance officer who directs all compliance issues and guides our staff in on-going education. We take a proactive approach to new legislation so our clients are prepared to manage their plans efficiently. Additionally, A&I obtains legal services from a local Portland, Oregon law firm to ensure ongoing legal compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, DOL and other state and federally mandated requirements.
