At A&I we take a team approach to claims administration. We understand that every client is unique and we tailor our services to meet the client's needs. At the beginning of plan setup, each of our clients is assigned an implementation team that continues to work with them as their service team. This seamless transition ensures that each service team member is well versed in the specifics of the individual plan and that there is no disconnect between the setup phase and servicing the client.
